Installation Partner for System Integrators

The Installation Crew That System Integrators Trust

You design the system. We install it. Industrial Machine Integration (iMi) provides skilled trade installation crews for system integrators who need reliable, certified field labor to execute their designs in customer facilities.

Integration companies engineer robotic cells, automation systems, and production lines. But engineering and installation are different disciplines. You need tradesmen who can read drawings, set structural steel, place robots, run utilities, rig heavy equipment, and deliver mechanical completion on schedule. That is what iMi does.

Why Integrators Work With Us

One Crew, All Trades

Most integrators subcontract installation to multiple trade contractors — a millwright, an electrician, a plumber, a rigger. That means coordinating four schedules, four scopes, and four contracts. With iMi, you get one crew that handles mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pipefitting, structural steel, and NCCCO-certified rigging. One contract. One schedule. One phone call when you need something.

We Know Your Equipment

Our crews have installed robotic systems from FANUC, Kawasaki, Yaskawa/Motoman, and ABB. We have installed finishing equipment from Sames, Graco, Binks, Wagner, and Gema. We have installed conveyors, process tanks, pump skids, and production machinery across automotive, industrial, and commercial applications. We do not need to learn on your project.

NCCCO Certified Rigging

Your robotic cells and heavy equipment need to be lifted and set safely. Our NCCCO-certified crane operators and Level 2 riggers handle lifts up to 75 tons with written lift plans. No need to hire a separate rigging contractor.

Nationwide Deployment

Your customers are everywhere. So are we. Our crews travel from our Kentucky base to project sites across North America. We have installed equipment in automotive plants, manufacturing facilities, and commercial operations coast to coast.

We Stay In Our Lane

We are the installation crew, not a competing integrator. We do not sell robots. We do not bid against you on integration projects. We install what you design and build. Your customer relationship stays yours.

How We Work With Integrators

  1. You send us drawings and scope — Layout drawings, equipment lists, and installation requirements
  2. We provide a fixed-price installation quote — Labor, rigging, MEP, and travel costs in one number
  3. We deploy to the customer site — Our crew arrives with tools, PPE, and the skills to execute your design
  4. We deliver mechanical completion — Equipment set, connected, and ready for your controls team to commission
  5. We support startup — We stay on-site through punch list resolution and commissioning support as needed

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you do any programming or controls work?

No. We handle everything physical — structural steel, equipment placement, rigging, mechanical connections, and utility tie-ins. Programming, controls, and commissioning are your domain. We work alongside your controls engineers seamlessly.

Can you scale up for large projects?

Yes. We scale crew size based on project requirements and can run multiple shifts to meet aggressive timelines.

How do we get started?
